What are your hours, and how can I contact you?
We’re open Monday-Sunday, 11AM-7PM, excluding holidays. Contact us for holiday hours. We can be reached by phone or text at 347-638-0936. You can also visit us in person at 267 Graham Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11206 or drop us an email at blancothejeweler@gmail.com.

How long does it take to make a custom item?
Custom designs take 2-4 days for approval with an additional production time of 7-14 days depending on the complexity of the item.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on whether you’re ordering a stock or custom item as well as the type of shipping you choose, your order may arrive/be available anywhere from 2-3 weeks, sometimes longer. Please take into account processing and production time. If you’re looking for a faster turnaround time, please give us a call and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit or debit cards, ApplePay, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. You may also apply for financing with Afterpay, Acima, and Snap.

What is your refund/return policy?
All custom sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges. Returns/Exchanges for stock items must be made within 15 days of pick-up/delivery. Refunds are issued as store credit. If an item is defective, you may exchange it for the same item. If the defect is minor, we may also repair it free of charge. Please review our full policy here.

What if I need to cancel my order?
A stock item may be canceled but will incur a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed and will incur a 50% cancelation fee.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, you can pick up your order in person. Please bring a government-issued photo ID along with your online receipt. Your ID must match the billing information on the receipt. If payment was made with a credit or debit card please also bring this with you. Another party may not pick up your order, no exceptions.

What is your warranty on my purchase?
Your warranty includes 120 days of free repairs and cleaning. After 120 days, please bring in your piece for an evaluation and price quote.
