SHIPPING Policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. Items that are in stock will usually ship after this time. Custom orders may take longer depending on the type of work needed. Design along with production time may take anywhere from 1-3 weeks or longer. If you’re looking to get your order sooner, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Times
Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. We ship via standard mail which can take 3 to 5 business days. Expedited options may be available for your item, please call to confirm.
Estimated shipping times are provided by the mail carrier and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held accountable for delays due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions and holidays.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico may require additional fees and shipping time.
Customer Responsibilities
All orders shipped within NY state are subject to NY state sales tax.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer in both directions (purchase and returns) and are non-refundable.
We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card.
A signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery.
