Return/Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy on stock items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 15 days, all sales are final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Worn, custom or altered jewelry pieces are not eligible for returns. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All stock items will incur a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued as store credit.

Custom sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges. Custom work includes re-sizing, custom design, and or any modifications.

To start a return, you can contact us at blancothejeweler@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 267 Graham Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11206. You may do this in person or by mail. Shipping fees will not be returned and you will have to cover the fees to send the item back to us.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service along with insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is defective or damaged, you may exchange it for the same item. If the defect/damage is minor, we may also repair it free of charge.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued store credit minus restocking and any shipping fees. All returned items will be inspected to determine any use or if any modifications were made. Any alterations such as re-sizing will disqualify you from a refund and the item will be returned to you. You will be required to pay for return shipping.
